Job Overview

Work Expectations
- Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs.
- Mileage is paid when floating.
- Local candidates are not accepted; 50-mile radius rule applies.
- Block scheduling is not available.
- All requested time off must be included on the initial submission.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
