Job Overview
- Location: New Haven, Connecticut

Role Summary
Outpatient multispecialty clinic role supporting breast oncology, breast surgery, and plastic surgery patients. Duties include telephone triage, in-basket handling, assisting providers during clinic visits, new and return patient visits, and pre-op/post-op or chemotherapy teaching.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology experience within the last year
- 1 year of oncology experience
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Phone triage experience
- CHEMO certification
- ONS/ONCC
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS
- State license verification required within 30 days of start

- 7-year criminal background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start
- Negative TB documentation or chest X-ray
