Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Resume, skills checklist within 1 year, and 2 professional references are required for submission.
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption is required for onboarding.
- Drug screen is required within 30 days of start.
- MMR, varicella, Tdap, hepatitis B, color vision, fit test, and tuberculosis screening are required for onboarding.
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year is required.
- Education verification is required.
- Criminal background, exclusion, and registry checks are required.
- Child and adult dependent abuse training is required.
- Code of conduct, I-9, confidentiality/security agreement, conflict of interest disclosure, integrity and audit services form, system access form, non-employee upload form, and specialty competency testing are required for onboarding.
- Joint Commission testing is required within 1 year.
- Skills checklist is required for clinical contractors.
