Physical Therapist

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Grangeville, Idaho
Outpatient-focused physical therapy with some inpatient coverage
40 hours per week
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Rotating weekends, less than once per month
Two clinic locations: Grangeville and Kooskia, about 25 miles apart

Patient Population

General degenerative conditions
Post-surgical cases
Workers’ compensation cases
Trauma cases across all ages
Some wound care, if certified

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho
2 clinical references
Government-issued photo ID
Proof of E-Verify or attestation
Background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM check
HHS/OIG check
Initial physical exam
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Tdap vaccination or declination
COVID vaccination series or declination
Seasonal flu vaccination or declination
9-panel drug screen within the last 12 months
HealthStream training before start
Skills checklist

Additional Notes

Wound care may be part of the role if the clinician is certified

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
