Key Job Details

  • Neonatal and pediatric experience is required.
  • 5 years of experience in a level 4 NICU is preferred.
  • First-time travelers are accepted.
  • Local candidates are paid the same rate as travelers.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
  • Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience
  • BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Experience working with Neonate patients
  • Experience working with Pediatric patients
  • Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience

Required Documentation and Compliance

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security card
  • Proof of E-Verify or attestation
  • 7-year criminal background check
  • International background search if applicable
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM check
  • HHS/OIG check
  • Physical exam
  • Fit test for mask use
  • Tdap vaccination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
  • Drug screening
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
