Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)

Assignment Details
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
- Focus on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Housing
- Studio and small 1-bedroom apartments may be available near the hospital, based on availability, at additional cost
- Furnished units include Wi‑Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry
Additional Notes
- Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- CAPS registration is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain
