PT Home Health

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Medford, Oregon
  • Home health setting
  • Start: ASAP
  • Shift: Day, 8 hours
  • Schedule note: facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s
  • Patient load: 1:1; may visit up to 6 patients per day
  • Standard productivity: 30 points
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
  • Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • Driver's License
  • Experience with OASIS

Schedule and Work Expectations

  • No weekends required
  • No on-call
  • No floating between like units
  • Block scheduling not available
  • Local candidates accepted within a 50–75 mile radius

Additional Notes

  • RTO restrictions to be confirmed with hiring manager
  • Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
  • Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard
  • Parking is free
  • Any color scrubs are allowed

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
