PT Home Health
Location
- Bedford, New Hampshire
Assignment Details
- Travel/contract role
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- 40 hours per week
- Home health visits with periodic office meetings
- Average patient load: 5–6 patients per day
- Productivity expectation: 30 units per week
- Territory may require travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Local candidates are accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Schedule Notes
- Weekend coverage varies by location and profession
- On-call requirements vary by job and location
- Most assignments use a standard Monday–Friday schedule
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Contract length is 13 weeks
- Home health experience is required
- HCHB is the EMR used
