Labor and Delivery RN
Overview
- Location: Midland, Texas
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
- Weekly hours: 36
- Contract length: 16 weeks
- Start timing: Preferred within the next 4–6 weeks; minimum start window of 13 weeks is noted
Role Summary
- Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery
- Duties include rotating through triage, antepartum, labor, circulating, and transition; no postpartum assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- NIHSS

- Physical exam, negative TB screening, drug screening, and immunization/documentation requirements are listed as pre-start compliance items
