Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Overview
- Travel/contract assignment in Staten Island, New York
- Outpatient adult oncology imaging setting
- 8-week assignment
- Weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- 37.5 hours per week
- No shift rotation
- Approximately 12 patients per day
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New York
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
- NMTCB
- Safe handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive materials
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT (N)
- ARRT (PET)
- PET/CT experience
- Previous Charge Technologist experience
- Hospital experience
- Experience with GE and Siemens imaging equipment
Patient Population
- Adult and geriatric patients
- Oncology primary diagnosis
Work Environment
- Outpatient cancer center
- Oncology-focused imaging
