Step Down Registered Nurse
Location
- Dayton, Ohio
Schedule
- Day shift
- 3x12 hours
- 36 or 48 hours per week
Assignment Details
- Target patient ratio: 1:4; may be up to 1:5–6
- 13-week contract
- Traveler will be first to float as needed
- Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday
- Up to 2 shifts may be canceled due to low census during the contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- 1 year of PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Experience with stable chronic ventilators
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- IV start experience
- Level 1 or Level 2 experience
- Travel experience
Notes
- For a 48-hour contract, overtime is paid after 48 hours
- RTO must be requested with the initial submission; no RTO will be added after offer
- Submittal must include the application and current Nursys report
