GI Lab RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Location: Dayton, Ohio
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Schedule notes: Option for 5x8 day shifts; every 3rd weekend; call depends on skill level
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Endoscopy experience within the last year
- 2 years of endoscopy experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
Additional Considerations
- Very busy unit
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Current resume/application required
- 2 references from within 2 years of start, with at least 1 from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
- Skills checklist required within 1 year prior to documentation due date and updated annually
- Physical exam within 2 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
- Drug screen required within 12 months prior to documentation due date
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
- Annual health questionnaire required
- Candidate agreement required
- Respiratory safety clearance required within 1 year of start
- Medical questionnaire for respirator protection required prior to orientation
- Background check required
- E-Verify required

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
