Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Clinical Skills
- Telemetry and dysrhythmia management
- PCU/stepdown care
- IV insulin and heparin protocols
- Renal failure management
- Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration
- Blood product administration
- Tracheostomy management
- Rapid response team utilization
- Wound care/wound vac
- Non-invasive airway management, including CPAP/BIPAP and oxygen
- EPIC documentation
Compliance / Onboarding
- Emergency contact form
- Background check and fingerprinting required
- Proof of fingerprint completion required
- Background acknowledgement form for subcontractors
