Job Overview

Schedule Details
- No on-call, weekends, floating, or holidays required
Required Qualifications
- Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
- E-Verify or attestation
- State licensure verification
- 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in Texas
- Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
Required Health Documents
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test completed onsite during orientation, updated annually
- Tdap
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Hepatitis B vaccination series with positive titer, or signed facility declination form
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity by positive titers or documented vaccines
- 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
Required Training / Competency
- Pass/fail testing for medication/pharmacology and dysrhythmia/EKG competency as applicable
- MHS job description must be signed before start
- Non-employee internet access form must be completed before start
- NESF form must be completed before start
- Photo for badge required
Notes
- Local rate applies within 90 miles
- Background check and additional compliance screenings are required within 30 days of start
