Schedule & Work Conditions
- Floating between units is required.
- Weekends are required: 1 weekend per month.
- On-call is not required.
- Block scheduling is not required.
- 48 hours are not approved.
- Expected patient ratio: 1:6.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Education verification is required.
- Background check is required.
- Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment is required.
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting is required.
- Skills checklist is required for the applicable unit.
- Government-issued photo ID is required.
- Social Security card is required as applicable for I-9.
- E-Verify attestation is required.
- Washington state patrol search is required.
- Drug screen is required.
- Physical exam within 1 year of start is required.
- Fit mask clearance is required.
- TB clearance is required.
- Tdap documentation is required.
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and COVID documentation are required as applicable.
- Respirator safety clearance is required.

- Epic is used for charting.
