Cath Lab Tech
Job Overview
- Location: New London, Connecticut
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Hours: 40 per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Call: Required every 5 days, including weekends
Role Summary
- Primary assignment is in the cath lab and electrophysiology areas.
- Department coverage includes cath lab, EP, and IR.
- Procedures include LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI, temporary pacer, IABP insertion, Swan-Ganz, EP implants, ablations, and peripheral angiography.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Connecticut
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
- Cath Lab Technologist experience
- ARRT
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
