Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Location

Mullica Hill, New Jersey

Schedule

Days, 12-hour shifts
36 hours per week
Weekend coverage: every other weekend or 2 per month, depending on needs
No holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

3 years of recent emergency department experience
BSN
Travel experience required
New Jersey license or compact license
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
Epic experience

Additional Notes

High-volume, fast-paced experience is preferred
Pending certifications or certifications expiring within 30 days of submission are not accepted
No block scheduling or special requests
RTO of no more than 3 days is accepted
Full orientation must be completed; failure to do so results in immediate termination
Badge ID must be obtained in person during orientation; photo submissions are not permitted
POCT class is required and is not during orientation week

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
