Registered Nurse – PCU Float
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Wichita Falls, Texas
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Primarily supports Med Surg and requires floating
- Alternating 36/48-hour schedule required; facility may consider straight 48s
- Weekends required as needed, potentially most weekends
- Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules are not approved
- Preferred start date is within the next 3–5 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of float experience
- Float experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Additional Requirements
- Epic experience strongly preferred
- Must be agreeable to floating

- Competency exam
