Pharmacist Inpatient
Location
- Cartersville, Georgia
Schedule
- Night shift
- 7 on / 7 off
- 40 hours per week
Assignment Details
- Travel/contract role
- Floating may be required within the facility and scope of practice
- No call
- Local candidates accepted
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off
- One major holiday may be required if it falls during the assignment period; two major holidays require working both; three major holidays require working two
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Georgia
- 1 year of Pharmacist experience within the last year
- Full compliance is required before start
- Photo ID
- Background check completed before start
- Education verification for the related degree
- State license verification, if applicable
- Skills checklist within 12 months
- Verification of most recent employer
- 2 clinical references
- Color blind testing
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 60 days of start
- TB questionnaire
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccine or declination
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Work history verification
