Job Overview
- Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Hours: 40 per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Call: No call
- Start timing: Urgent need; start later than 9/14 will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- Mammography Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT
- Hologic Imaging equipment knowledge
- Hologic Stereotactic Equipment knowledge
- Quality control knowledge
Additional Credential Requirement
- ARRT (M) Mammography certification must be completed within 1 year of hire
Preferred Experience / Knowledge
- Hologic Imaging, Hologic Stereotactic Equipment, and quality control knowledge is preferred
Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify or attestation
- Background check, including all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years, with clearance required before start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Signed HIPAA acknowledgement
- Primary source verification of state license
- Competency exam and medication/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Review and sign required orientation, confidentiality, and facility acknowledgment documents
- Complete required health screening and immunization documentation before start
- Two professional references within the past 3 years
- Employment application
- Skills checklist, updated annually
