Job Overview

- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
- Daily caseload: 14 patients per tech
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Maryland
- Radiation Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Schedule / Assignment Details
- First-time travelers accepted
- Weekend work not required
- On-call not required
- Floating between like units not required
- Floating to sister facilities not required
- Block scheduling may be accommodated
- Local candidates accepted only with approval
Compliance / Onboarding
- Proof of state residency required
- Driver’s license or state ID required
- E-Verify documentation or attestation required
- 2 clinical references required
- Background check required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit test required within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination required within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccination required
- Drug screen required within 1 year of start
- Hepatitis B proof, vaccination, or declination required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
- Skills checklist required for the applicable unit
- NIH Stroke Certification required for all units except Peds, OB, and L&D
