Job Details

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Maternal - Newborn (1 year of experience)
- Maternal - Newborn experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Labor and Delivery experience
- Antepartum experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
Schedule / Assignment Expectations
- Rotating nights
- Call required per unit needs
- Weekend requirement per unit needs
- Does not float within scope to meet facility needs
- Float required to antepartum, with fetal monitoring experience
- First-time travelers not accepted
Unit Information
- Mother-baby / couplet care / postpartum unit
- Typical ratio: 1:3 couplets, up to 6 patients
- 32 beds
- High-risk patient population
- May care for antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience
- May care for newborns who do not need NICU-level care
- Accepts patients 2000 g and above
- May include late preterm, substance-exposed newborns, phototherapy, magnesium drips, insulin drips, heparin drips, PCA/PCEA pumps, and breastfeeding support

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
