Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (1 year of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

Wisconsin caregiver screening required within 90 days of start
Wisconsin BID form required
Background check required within 90 days prior to the original start date
E-Verify required
TB questionnaire required annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
Hepatitis B documentation or facility-specific declination required for direct patient care or potential blood/body fluid exposure
Varicella documentation or approved exemption required
MMR documentation or approved exemption required
Drug screen required for clinical candidates
Physical exam required by Aya standard
Photo for badge required
Communicable disease form required within 90 days of start

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
