Job Summary

Job Title: RN - Med/Surg (Adult) - Night Shift
Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend

Role Overview

Registered Nurse position in a general Med/Surg unit
Primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric patients
Care areas include medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Vermont
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
3 years of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS

Additional Notes

Meditech experience is preferred
Travelers start on Wednesdays
Required credentials must be uploaded five business days before the start date
Rural critical access setting with no public transportation in the area
Closest airport is 2 hours away
Not a pediatric floor; do not submit pediatric-only RNs

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
