- Day shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in Physical Therapy
- 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully complete the pre-employment/post-job-offer health screening examination and the annual screening each year thereafter
Role Summary
- Provides physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, follow-up, and discharge planning
- Supports department operations, performance improvement activities, student program coordination, and supervision of physical therapy assistants, rehab technicians, and volunteers
