Job Overview
- Location: Fort Worth, Texas
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Start: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience within the last year
- 1 year of Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- ARDMS or ARRT
- Experience with Epic
- Government-issued photo ID
- State license verification
- Two references verified within one year of start
- Skills checklist, current within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Background check
- Education verification for initial related degree and most recent degree
Required Health / Compliance Items
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Tdap required; Td not accepted
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved facility-specific exemption during flu season
- COVID vaccination is highly encouraged, but not mandatory
Onboarding / Pre-Start Requirements
- Complete required onboarding documents electronically before the documentation due date
- Attend an occupational health appointment before the first day
- Complete facility screening forms for occupational health clearance
