NICU RN Travel Contract
Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Schedule and Work Expectations
- Weekend shifts required
- Floating within the hospital required
- Call not required
- Block scheduling not accommodated unless otherwise stated
Candidate Considerations
- First-time travelers accepted with 3+ years of experience
- Local candidates accepted
- Pending license accepted
- RTO allowed up to 1 week maximum
Compliance and Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID required on first day
- Background check required before start
- Employment application must include 7 years of work history with city and state for each position
- Skills checklist required within 1 year of start
- Two manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing required within 1 year prior to start
- TB screening and TB questionnaire required
- Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination required
- Tdap required within 10 years or signed declination
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or declination documentation required
