Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- OASIS training
Key Responsibilities
- Perform home health visits and patient assessments
- Document care and complete billing
- Provide patient and family education
- Support mobility, safety, and injury prevention
- Use home health equipment and devices as needed

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
