Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT or RCIS
- Scrub and EKG skills
- Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, and Rotablader cardiac cath lab procedures
- COVID-19 vaccination, with medical or religious exemptions accepted

- Driver’s license or state ID
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- HHS/OIG screening
- Foreign equivalency education evaluation, if education was completed outside the U.S. or Puerto Rico
- Education verification
- Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint clearance
- Photo for badge
- Dress code and tobacco policy acknowledgment
- Account registration and module completion before start
- Fit mask acknowledgment
- Physical exam within 6 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
- TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and drug screening documentation
- Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption
- Respirator safety clearance, if the role requires respirator use
- 2 references from the past 2 years
