Pharmacist Inpatient
Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan pharmacist license
- Pharmacist with 1 year of experience
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
- Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification
- IV Certification
- High school level education
- Experience in an Acute Care or Inpatient setting

- The unit will consider first-time travelers.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke are not listed as required for this role.
- Resume, 2 references from previous employers, and a skills checklist are required.
- Required pre-start items include background screening, drug screening, physical exam, fit test, TB screening, Tdap, MMR immunity or documentation, varicella immunity or documentation, hepatitis B immunity or declination, flu vaccination or declination, and completion of facility onboarding documents.
