Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Experience in a(n) Home Care setting
Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Complete timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication
- Travel to assigned cases
Onboarding / Compliance
- Resume with the past 7 years of work experience and city/state for work and education
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Background checks and registry checks required before start
- Health documentation required, including TB screening, MMR, health statement, fit test, and respirator medical clearance if applicable
