Physical Therapist — Outpatient
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Pinehurst, North Carolina
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Outpatient clinic setting
- One-on-one patient care
- Typical caseload: 8–10 patients per 8-hour shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
Required Documents and Screening
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check covering the past 7 years of residences, work, and school history
- Social Security trace
- County, nationwide, and national sex offender searches
- International background searches if the candidate has lived or worked outside the U.S. in the last 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Two clinical references, with at least one from a supervisor or higher
- Completed application and resume
- Skills checklist
- Physical exam
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire if there is a history of positive TB
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Training and Compliance
- Facility modules must be completed before start
- Color blind testing required
- Competency exam required as applicable to the specialty
- Annual orientation safety manual acknowledgement
