Overview
- Specialty: Home Health Care

- Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
- Openings: 5
Schedule
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend, with a day off during the week
- Alternative permanent schedules: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, depending on agency needs
- Call: No overnight call; callback may be required 2–4 times per month between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Contract
- Length: 9 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health (2 years of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with OASIS
Additional Information
- Float: None
- Patient load: Case management for 20–25 patients, with an expectation of 5–6 visits per day
- Dress code: Business casual or scrubs in any color; no jeans, open-toed shoes, or clothing with holes
