Interventional Radiology RN Travel/Contract Job
Location
- Richardson, Texas
Schedule
- Day shift, 4x10 hours
- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call required on weekdays and weekends
- Approximately 10–12 days per schedule
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Interventional Radiology (2 years of experience)
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Required Certifications
- NIH Stroke Certification
Other Required Items
- Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
- E-Verify or attestation
- 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
- Pass/fail testing for medication/pharmacology and dysrhythmia/EKG competency
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit test during orientation
- Tdap
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Drug screening within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Signed job description and required onboarding forms before start
