PT Inpatient Rehab
Job Overview

- Setting: Fast-paced, medically complex patient population
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Additional Notes
- Valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport is required
- Background check must be cleared before start
- Two clinical references are required
- 7-year work history is required
- Physical exam is required within 1 year
- Fit test for N95 mask is required within 1 year and updated annually
- Negative 13-panel drug screen is required within 12 months of start
- Flu documentation is required for seasonal compliance
- COVID-19 vaccination, exemption, or declination is required for reporting purposes
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/documentation are required
- Kentucky vulnerable adult maltreatment registry search is required
- Candidate must complete required onboarding documents and training modules before start
