House Supervisor

Overview

• Location: Fort Madison, Iowa
• Employment type: Long-term assignment
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Shift time: 18:00–06:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

• Registered nurse responsible for coordinating and directing activities on nursing units and other departments when Nurse Managers and Administration are absent
• Supervises staff providing general nursing care
• Works independently and as part of a team
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• House Supervisor experience within the last year
• House Supervisor (4 years of experience)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• NIHSS
• CPI/MOAB
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic
