Overview

Location: Columbus, Indiana
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Local candidates: Accepted within a 50-mile radius at local rate
First-time travelers: Depends on experience
Pending state license: Not accepted

Role Details

Stepdown float pool role with PCU and SDU experience
May float to medical/surgical floors as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Med Surg experience

Additional Requirements

Background check within 30 days of start
State license verification
NURSYS verification
Physical exam within 30 days of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug screen within 30 days of start
References: 2 within 3 years of start

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
