Labor and Delivery RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Lubbock, Texas
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- 48 hours approved
- Expected patient ratio: 1:1
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Schedule Expectations
- Weekend coverage required: 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
- Does not require block scheduling
- Does not require on-call coverage
- Does not float between units
