Interventional Radiology RN
Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Tyler, Texas
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- 40 hours per week
- Call required every 5th day and every 5th weekend
- Covers 2 IR rooms, CT, and ultrasound moderate sedation needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Interventional Radiology (2 years of experience)
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI or American Red Cross or American Safety and Health Institute
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- Unit accepts first-time travelers
- Epic is used for charting
- This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center, primary stroke center, and teaching hospital with residents and fellowship programs
- Travelers residing in certain nearby counties are not contracted for this assignment
