Interventional Radiology

Location

Columbia, South Carolina

Job Type

Travel/Contract

Schedule

40 hours per week
Monday through Friday
8-hour day shifts
Start times vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Call coverage includes evenings after 5:00 PM and weekends
Weekend coverage is supported by rotating call among 6 to 8 staff members

Assignment Length

13 weeks, with an option up to 26 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT (R)
Experience with Epic

Job Setting

Peripheral and neuro interventional radiology department
Level 1 trauma center

Preferred

EPIC familiarity

Additional Notes

Driver’s license or state ID is required for computer access and must be carried while on duty
Badge photo is required
Pre-assignment testing and online orientation modules must be completed before start

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
