RN Interventional Radiology
Location
- Des Moines, Iowa
Schedule
- 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- One overnight call shift per week
- Every 5th weekend
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic experience
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation or declination/exemption, as specified by the assignment
- MMR immunity documentation
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Physical/health statement within the last year
- Drug screen completed before start
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- Background check and identity verification
- Education verification
- Exclusion and sanctions checks
- Confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and system access forms
- I-9 completion
- Iowa registry and abuse training/checks
- Specialty competency testing
