NICU Registered Nurse

Assignment Details

Travel/contract role in Columbus, Indiana
13-week contract
Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
48 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Onboarding Items

Facility attestation must be completed within 48 hours of candidate signing
Parking permit application required for onsite parking

Notes

N95 fit testing is completed during orientation
Internal evaluation occurs 90 days after start

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
