Registered Nurse (RN) — Telemetry

Location

Claremont, New Hampshire

Assignment Details

Temporary role
Day shift
12-hour shifts
13-week assignment
Must be comfortable working in medical/surgical, telemetry, and progressive care settings
Small, rural facility environment
Must work independently and be ready to start quickly
No schedule accommodations or concurrent assignments
Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; late requests will not be approved
Traveler must work designated holiday blocks if scheduled/needed
Personal scrubs of any color

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
3 years of telemetry experience
Telemetry experience within the last year
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
Active American Heart Association BLS
Active American Heart Association ACLS
Basic dysrhythmia test in profile
Skills checklists for Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit, current within 1 year
1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years
New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred

Previous travel experience
Rural or small-facility experience

Must have own vehicle
Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric
Patient ratios vary by acuity, including higher-acuity progressive care ratios

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
