Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Aurora, Colorado
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating shifts
- Weekend work required per unit needs
- First-time travelers accepted
- On-call not required
- Floating required as needed, including to sister facilities
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Oncology experience within the last year
- 2 years of oncology experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology certification preferred, but not required
Schedule and Work Conditions
- Various days of the week
- Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex based on staffing and unit needs
- Candidates must be comfortable working in environments with flexible staffing ratios
Additional Notes
- Epic charting system
- Navy scrubs required
- Maximum of 10 RTO days approved
- RTO not allowed during:
- June 28 to July 9, 2026
- September 2 to September 12, 2026
- October 25 to November 4, 2026
