Description

CVOR RN

Overview

  • Travel/contract RN position in Pueblo, Colorado
  • Specialty: CVOR with vascular and endovascular focus; no cardiothoracic
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week

Schedule

  • On-call required, 1–2 times per week
  • Rotating weekends every 4th weekend
  • May also include Sunday through Tuesday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Colorado
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 1 year of CVOR experience
  • CVOR experience within the last year
  • 1 year of endovascular/vascular experience
  • OR - Operating Room experience
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Experience

  • General OR experience
  • Experience in additional service lines
  • Vascular open and endovascular experience

Work Setting

  • Floating may be required to general OR based on unit needs
  • Ratio: 1:1
  • Charting system: Epic

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
