  • Vascular Sonographer, Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Ultrasound Technologist, Obstetrics and Gynecology Sonographer or Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography (2 years)

Contract Length

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a Vascular Sonographer
  • Vascular Sonographer experience within the last year
  • Ultrasound Technologist experience
  • Ob/Gyn Sonographer experience
  • Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
  • ARDMS certification
  • Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Driver's license
  • EPIC experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARDMS RVT
  • ARDMS OB/GYN
  • Experience assisting with fine needle aspirations, paracentesis, and thoracentesis procedures

Clinical Experience

  • General, OB/GYN, and vascular imaging
  • Abdomen, small parts, and non-high-risk OB scans
  • Transabdominal and transvaginal gynecologic imaging
  • Upper and lower venous Doppler
  • Lower arterial Doppler
  • ABIs
  • Aorta duplex
  • Carotid arterial Doppler
  • Hepatic and renal Doppler imaging
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB dating, measurements, BPPs, and fetal anatomy scans

Schedule Notes

  • Nights
  • Required to work 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed
  • Required to work 1-2 of the upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed

Additional Notes

  • Local radius rule: 50 miles
  • First-time travelers are accepted if they have 2 years of ULT experience

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
