PACU RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Specialty: PACU RN
- Location: Oregon City, Oregon
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Hours per week: 40
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Floating: May float between units based on unit needs
- On-call: Required, 100 hours
- Weekends: Required on-call
- Block scheduling: Not required
- 48 hours: Not approved
- First-time travelers: Accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Assignment Notes
- Travelers may be asked to float to other units and facilities as needed.
- If floating consecutive shifts, hotel lodging may be offered at additional cost.
- Scrubs: any color; OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child scrubs are provided.
- Parking is free.
