X-Ray Tech
Job Overview
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

- Schedule: 32 hours/week; Tuesday–Thursday 8:00–16:30, Friday 8:30–17:00
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Radiology Technician (2 years of experience) with Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- Certifications: Valid Radiology Technician license in Indiana, ARRT (R), and BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- License/documentation: Driver's License
Candidate Considerations
- First-time travelers: Accepted, depending on experience
- Local candidates: Accepted within a 50-mile radius at local rate
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- 7-year background check within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days
- HHS/OIG within 30 days
- Education verification
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Primary source verification of state license
- Physical exam within 30 days of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption during flu season
- Respiratory safety clearance
- 2 references within 3 years of start
Additional Notes
- A photo for badge is required
- Parking permit application is required for candidates parking onsite
- N95 fit testing is completed during orientation
- Competency exam and medication/pharmacology competency exam are required as applicable to the profession
- Background check includes State Medicaid, SSN verification, education verification, and National Sex Offender Registry
