Description
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Role Overview
- Travel assignment for a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist.
- 13-week contract.
- Day shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p.
- Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly, excluding on-call time.
- Call requirement: 10-11 call shifts per month, including rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- MIRT license.
- RT or RCIS.
- ACLS.
- CPR-AHA.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Specific cath lab experience.
- Epic experience.
- Must be separated from BILH for 6 months, whether travel, perm, or per diem.
- Will not qualify for temp NH license if a license has never been held before; proof of application is required at submission.
Job Duties
- Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during procedures.
- Functions as scrub tech to assist the cardiologist and vascular surgeon.
- Performs hemodynamic monitoring.
- Documents procedures during cases.
Additional Notes
- Shared on-call coverage for a 24/7 cath lab.
