Description

Pre-op RN

Location

  • Augusta, Georgia

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts
  • Mid shift starting at 10:45am
  • On call as needed
  • Minimum every other weekend
  • 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Georgia
  • Preoperative experience within the last year
  • 1 year of preoperative experience
  • BLS issued by American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • OR - Operating Room experience
  • OR Circulate experience
  • Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor’s in Nursing
  • Experience with direct patient care

Additional Details

  • RTO request limit: 3 days
  • Non-billable hours: 24
  • Willing to obtain certifications not in hand upon hire

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
